About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in residential advising, student affairs, or community management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution and crisis management effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Higher Education.
- Experience working in a multicultural or diverse residential community.
- Certification in mediation, conflict resolution, or crisis intervention.
