JRI’s Community Based Services division is dedicated to providing care that helps families and their children who face significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges access essential services for success at home, in school, and within the community. Our staff delivers services within the communities of those we serve, focusing on strength-based, needs-driven choices. We adopt a team-based, collaborative approach, grounded individualized services, and evidence-based practices.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for individuals and families served.
- You will provide supervision and support to Therapeutic Mentors and Support Staff.
- You will oversee basic program operations, staffing, compliance, safety, documentation, and quality improvement activities.
- You will work collaboratively with treatment teams, families, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
- You will promote JRI's mission, values, and standards, while maintaining compliance with all agency, state, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- At least 3 years experience in the field and experience in an administrative capacity.
- Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served and an understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
