Description

Oak Tree Child and Family Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor - IT to join our team in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This position provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges. The counselor will work collaboratively with clients and other professionals to support emotional wellness, stability, and positive outcomes. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation and case notes
• Collaborate with a caring team to support client success
• Attend supervision and engage in ongoing professional development
• Empower individuals and families to achieve their goals

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor - In Training (LPC-IT) in Wisconsin or license-eligible
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy under approved clinical supervision
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to teamwork
• Experience working with children, teens, adults, or families preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in community-based or family-focused mental health services
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Experience collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
