About the Role:
The Neighborhood Clinic in Northwest TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join their growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling services to a diverse client population
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision as required by LPC-A licensure guidelines
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client mental health goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors
Requirements:
  • Active LPC-Associate (LPC-A) license issued by the State of Texas
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
  • Experience or coursework in trauma-informed care, CBT, or other evidence-based practices preferred
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
