Pay: $28 - $32hr (plus night shift diff)
Location: 4102 Shore Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46254 
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12s (7p–7a) | Every other weekend rotation

Your Impact on the Floor:
As a Night Shift Assessment Counselor here, you are the clinical anchor during the critical hours of intake. You will: 
  • Ensure Clinical Accuracy: Complete thorough, timely documentation in compliance with all standards to ensure safety through the night. 
  • Execute Crisis Intervention: Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage crises and uphold strict confidentiality for all incoming guests. 
  • Facilitate Healing Admissions: Efficiently complete the admission process, ensuring that benefit verifications and authorizations are handled with precision. 
  • Support the Journey: Participate in treatment planning and psychosocial assessments to prepare guests for their first steps in recovery. 
 
What We're Looking For: 
  • Bachelor's degree (LSW or RN preferred), or Master's degree in social work or counseling with licensure. 
  • Must be 21 yrs or older. 
  • License: BSW, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT 
  • Mental Health Therapist 
  • Social Services
