About CRCD Enterprises

CRCD Enterprises is a dynamic social enterprise operating as an independent for-profit entity—the business engine for our parent organization, the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD). We operate multiple business lines, including Beautification/Graffiti Abatement, Professional Painting Services, and Janitorial Services.

At the heart of our mission is workforce development. We operate the Teresa McCoy Training Center, providing specialized training to prepare individuals for careers in the construction sector. We leverage a diverse funding model, including private grants and public programs, to provide paid work experience for individuals for durations ranging from 300 hours to one year. Our ecosystem also includes CRCD Construction, LLC and Sonny’s Construction.
