Lifestyle Support Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Behavior Services to lead and oversee our Behavioral Services Department. This full-time leadership position is responsible for providing clinical direction, supervision, and strategic oversight of the agency's Behavior Specialist team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Lifestyle Support Services provides all necessary equipment, including a laptop, cell phone, and agency vehicle. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; however, evening or non-traditional hours may be required to respond to clinical needs or crisis situations.

Qualified applicants must possess:


A Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology. • or Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License. • or Bachelor’s Degree and work under the supervision of a professional who has a master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology, or who is a licensed Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Social Worker (master’s level or higher) or who has a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
Proven leadership, supervisory, and clinical experience.
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania 6100/6400 regulations and person-centered behavioral support practices.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and the ability to obtain ACT 33 and ACT 34 clearances.
