Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)
 
  • Tailored Care: Formulate, execute, and adapt comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
  • Education: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field (Required).
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in addiction treatment or mental health services (Required).
  • Specialization: Proven background working with individuals affected by substance use disorders (Preferred).
  • Connection: Exceptional ability to build rapid client rapport and command group dynamics.
  • Communication: Masterful verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records (EHR).
