Job Purpose: As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Client Support Coordinator provides high-quality, holistic client care across Aspire’s continuum, with primary focus on the Aspire Resource Center (ARC). This role serves as a key resource expert for both clients and staff, delivers expert crisis intervention as needed, conducts intakes/care planning, and carries a small caseload.  


The Client Support Coordinator is a trusted clinical voice within the organization, contributing insight to program development and supporting process improvement. This role equips and supports staff through training and coaching, helping ensure consistent, compassionate, and trauma-informed care delivery aligned with Aspire’s philosophy of care. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Crisis Intervention & Advanced Support   

  • Provide direct crisis intervention and advanced support for complex or high-risk client situations.  
  • Serve as a key internal consultant for staff navigating challenging cases, offering guidance and next-step recommendations.  
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, leadership, and external providers to ensure appropriate care and referrals for crisis situations, maintaining primary focus within ARC while supporting clinic needs as appropriate 
  • Maintain timelyaccurate, and thorough documentation for all crisis and complex care interactions in accordance with organizational policies and standards. 

 

Client Care: Intake, Care Planning & Direct Service Delivery 

  • Conduct ARC intakes, develop individualized care plans, and maintain a small caseload across locations as appropriate, ensuring continuity of care and consistent follow-through.  
  • Support ARC team in achieving consistency and excellence in intake/care planning practices, providing guidance, and offering feedback to leadership on process/workflow improvement opportunities. 

 

Team Support & Staff Development 

  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development for ARC team members related to intake, care planning, crisis response, and resource navigation.  
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to staff and volunteers, building confidence and competence in client-facing interactions and reinforcing best practices. 
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the Director of Patient Services & Programs and leadership team to support the development of structured training initiatives. 
  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding ARC staff as needed. 

 

Spiritual Care & Ministry Integration 

  • Provide compassionate, client-centered care that integrates Aspire’s faith-based mission in a respectful and appropriate manner 
  • Support spiritual care conversations and discipleship opportunities as led by client readiness and consent. 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work or related field.
  2. Experience in crisis intervention and social work/counseling. 
  3. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills. 
  4. Expertise in resource navigation and community systems. 
  5. Ability to manage a caseload while supporting broader team needs. 
  6. Alignment with Aspire’s mission, values, and Statement of Faith. 
  7. High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. 
  8. Bilingual (preferred).
