What You'll Do

As Chief Clinical Officer, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all clinical programs and services.
  • Lead and develop Clinical Directors and other clinical leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Drive quality improvement, clinical innovation, and organizational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with CARF, OhioMHAS, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to advance BHP's strategic goals and organizational growth.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
  • Support clinical program development, operational planning, and responsible financial stewardship.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline
  • Current Ohio independent licensure (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LICDC-CS)
  • Minimum of five years of progressive clinical leadership experience
  • Experience leading behavioral healthcare programs and supervising clinical leaders
  • Valid Ohio driver's license

Preferred

  • Executive leadership experience in a nonprofit behavioral healthcare organization
  • Experience with CARF accreditation, OhioMHAS requirements, and Medicaid-funded services
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, quality improvement, and organizational development
