About the RoleJob Summary:

Cherry Blossom PACE is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior Outreach Specialist to drive community engagement and referral growth across Alexandria, Fairfax, and Arlington. This role is responsible for building strategic relationships, increasing awareness of the PACE model of care, and guiding prospective participants through the enrollment process. 

The Senior Outreach Specialist serves as a key ambassador in the community, working closely with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and local organizations to expand access to high-quality, coordinated care for older adults.

 

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience).  


Minimum of 5+ years of experience in outreach, business development, healthcare sales, or community relations—preferably within senior healthcare, hospice, home health, or PACE.  


Proven success in developing and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.  


Strong working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and community-based senior services.  


Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for outreach activities.  


Proof of current auto liability insurance.
