We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to students in a school setting. You will work collaboratively with school staff and families to support the emotional and behavioral needs of students.


Expected Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week; 45 weeks out of the year


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy to students
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Requirements

  • Master's degree (M.A., M.F.T., M.S.W.)
  • CT State Licensure eligible for LCSW, LMFT, LPC
  • A valid divers license is required
