Summary

The A.L.L. Club Coach & Community Liaison serves as a bridge between the A.L.L. Club Youth Collaborative program and the broader community. This role supports youth programming while also building and maintaining relationships with community partners, referral sources, families, and local organizations.

The A.L.L. Club Coach & Community Liaison assists with program operations, youth engagement, and outreach initiatives while helping expand program awareness and participation. This position plays a key role in connecting youth and families with resources and opportunities while promoting the mission and services of Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Program Support & Youth Engagement:

  • Support the implementation of the A.L.L. Club Youth Collaborative program curriculum and daily activities.
  • Provide supervision and engagement with youth participants during program activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Monitor youth participation, school attendance, and academic progress; assist with tutoring, homework support, and skill-building activities.
  • Assist with planning educational, recreational, and life-skills activities for youth participants.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and program documentation in accordance with agency policies.
  • Assist with planning and execution of programming for A.L.L. Club Young Adults initiative.

 

Community Outreach & Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, schools, and local organizations to increase program awareness and participation.
  • Represent the A.L.L. Club at outreach events, community meetings, and resource fairs.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of A.L.L. Club programs and services.
  • Coordinate with community stakeholders to connect youth and families with supportive services and opportunities.
  • Support collaboration efforts between GESMV programs and external community organizations.

 

 

Program Development & Coordination

  • Assist leadership with developing outreach strategies to expand youth participation and community engagement.
  • Collect and report program data and participation metrics as requested by leadership.
  • Support grant initiatives, program partnerships, and collaborative community projects when applicable.
  • Assist with organizing special events, workshops, and community-based programming for youth and families.
  • Assist with creation and implementation of programming for ALL Club Young Adults initiative.

 

Compliance & Administrative Duties

  • Maintain compliance with GESMV policies, CARF standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure program documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Education, Public Relations, Community Development, or a related field preferred.

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

 

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with youth, community programs, or social service organizations preferred.
  • Experience with community engagement, outreach, or partnership development

strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting youth and young adults with mental health, trauma, or behavioral challenges is beneficial.
