You will lead a team of direct-care staff, ensuring high-quality support that focuses on housing stability, education, employment, financial literacy, and problem-solving skills necessary for life as a successful, independent adult. This is a dynamic role balancing staff leadership, community networking, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities


Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate program staff and to maintain the highest standard of trauma-informed care.
Guide Case Management: Oversee individual independent living plans, ensuring youth receive top-tier guidance toward self-sufficiency.
Manage Operations: Maintain compliance with contract and program requirements, identify, monitor, and adjust outcome measurements to ensure progress toward goals, and complete required documentation and reports.
Build Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with local landlords, businesses, and community organizations to expand resources and housing options for youth.
Ensure Safety: Provide crisis intervention and on-call support to handle emergencies effectively and maintain a safe environment.
Focus on Mission:  Maintain staff and program focus to constantly do what’s best for the client.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years working with transition-age youth, foster care, or residential services, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Core Skills: Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, excellent crisis de-escalation abilities, solid budget management skills, effective engagement and collaboration techniques.
Requirements: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
