Youth & Family Clinician, Licensed or Master's Level: Make an impact where it matters most, with children, teens, and families.

Making Opportunity Count is seeking a full-time Youth & Family Clinician who is passionate about working with children and adolescents, primarily ages 4 to 18, and their families.

This is not a traditional outpatient role where every day looks the same. As part of MOC's Behavioral Health team, you'll have the opportunity to build a diverse clinical experience that combines outpatient therapy with work across MOC's youth and family-focused programs. You'll collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams while helping young people navigate behavioral health challenges and build healthier futures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families using evidence based, trauma informed approaches. 
• Develop a caseload focused primarily on youth ages 4 to 18. 
• Provide services through a combination of outpatient, community based, program based, office, and telehealth settings. 
• Partner with MOC's youth and family programs, giving you exposure to clinical work beyond a traditional outpatient practice. 
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers, schools, medical providers, community partners, and MOC teams to provide coordinated, whole family support. 
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, interdisciplinary meetings, and professional development. 
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain applicable quality, compliance, and productivity expectations. 
• Provide culturally responsive, person-centered care that recognizes the individual strengths and experiences of every child and family. 

Who We're Looking For: 

We're particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy working with younger children and adolescents and understand that effective youth behavioral health care often means engaging the entire family.

• You'll need a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related clinical field. Candidates may be independently licensed in Massachusetts or eligible to practice under clinical supervision while actively pursuing independent licensure. 
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is strongly preferred. Experience with young children is especially valuable.
• Because children and families are often most available outside of school and traditional work hours, regular availability during after-school and evening hours is an essential part of this position. We're looking for someone who sees that flexibility as an opportunity to provide care when families can most easily access it.

Compensation: 

$62,900 to $85,100 annually, with placement based on qualifications and MOC's compensation framework.
