Weekend Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Ellie Mental Health is looking for therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, etc.) who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices. 

This is a hybrid position, not 100% remote. We are currently seeking therapists who are willing to see clients in-person at least one Saturday or Sunday weekly in the office. You may work virtually any other days that you choose.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $123,000

Responsibilities include:

•  Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

•  For full-time status, must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients

•  Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community

•  Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

•  Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

•  Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

•  Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

•  Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

•  Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist) preferred

•  Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes

•  Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

•  Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

•  Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

•  Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems

•  Ability to pass a background check
•  Authorization to work in the United States
