Make a Difference in the Lives of Students, While Making Room for Life Beyond Work

What if your counseling career could be both deeply meaningful and beautifully balanced?

At Bethel University, you’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical gifts to walk alongside students as they navigate some of life’s most formative years. As a Mental Health Counselor I, you’ll provide thoughtful, compassionate care within a community where faith and clinical excellence work together and where your work can have a lasting impact on students’ lives.

This is a part-time, benefits eligible, 30-hour-per-week position during the academic year, with summers off, making it an especially meaningful opportunity for a counselor seeking a sustainable rhythm of professional practice and personal renewal.

You’ll join a collaborative Counseling Services team that values clinical excellence, genuine relationships, and a Christ-centered approach to caring for the whole person. Your expertise will help students from Bethel University find healing, develop resilience, strengthen relationships, and discover hope as they prepare to lead lives of impact.

If you’re a licensed or license-eligible Christian mental health professional looking for meaningful clinical work, a supportive team, and a schedule that leaves room for the rest of life, we’d love to hear from you.
