About us

WisHope Recovery is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated clinician to join our growing behavioral health team. We are looking for a Master's-level therapist who is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and/or Brainspotting and is passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Job Description:

You will work in an outpatient setting with a varying client caseload (averaging 12) to:

  • Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
  • Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate.
  • Represent WisHope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events.
  • Provide various outpatient SUD and Mental Health services.
  • Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
  • Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
  • Provide SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
  • Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
  • Participate in annual cultural competency and diversity training and seeking safety training and are beyond qualified to care for those we serve.
