Therapist - School Based (Houston County Schools)
This position will be based at our Children's Services Clinic in Dothan. The therapist in this role will work within the Houston County School system. 
Working hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 8am-430pm
Responsibilities Include:
  • Completing intakes
  • Providing family education when appropriate
  • Maintaining consumer records using an electronic clinical record system
  • Record and staff case loads in accordance with SpectraCare, Alabama DMH and Medicaid standards
  • Link consumers to other services within and outside the SpectraCare program 
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work or related human services field with completion of a clinical practicum
  • Two years post masters clinical work experience
  • Must have good motor vehicle report- subject to MVR checks
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Must obtain CPR certification upon hire
  • Licensure in the State of Alabama as an LPC, LICSW or LMFT is preferred but not required
