This role is ideal for clinicians who are committed to trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and making a lasting impact in the lives of young people and families.

As a Therapist, you will provide individual, group, support treatment planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide youth toward stability and successful reintegration into their communities.

Key Responsibilities


Provide individual, and group therapy ,  using CBT and trauma-informed approaches
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and safety plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (courts, agencies, families)
Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and agency standards
Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical decision-making
Support youth through behavioral interventions and skill development
Act as a mandated reporter in accordance with Michigan law

QualificationsQualifications

Required:


Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, etc.)
Experience with youth, families, or residential treatment settings
Strong understanding of CBT, trauma-informed care, and behavior modification techniques


Preferred:


Experience in residential or juvenile justice settings
Knowledge of family court systems and community-based services
Experience with family reintegration and case management
