✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Mental Health Therapist (Master's Degree) at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida✨

Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

Compensation: $50,000 Annually

What you will do: As a Mental Health Therapist (Master's Level), you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director.

To be considered, you should:  

• Be a registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, or registered Clinical Social Work Intern,
• Have a master’s degree or better. Marriage & Family/Social Work.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.

Schedule: 5 days a week to include a weekend day, 8-hour days.
