Therapist will complete intakes on homeless individuals who qualify for services, documenting the assessment and treatment planning material as prescribed by the agency. Therapist will complete treatment plan updates as needed, provide crisis intervention when needed, and will provide individual counseling to HOT clients, as time permits. Therapist will provide about 10-12 hours of counseling per week. Therapist will complete monthly reports for PATH grant as necessary.

Requirements A Master´s degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school. Knowledge and experience in early childhood mental health, individual, group and family therapy. Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning. Must be licensed as an LSCW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.  Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing.  Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening.  Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children’s Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
