This year, Alleviant will serve over 70,000 Arkansans as the primary mental health provider for major healthcare systems throughout the state. Our mission is to provide accessible, integrative psychiatric care within five days of an initial patient contact. With a commitment to comprehensive treatment, longer appointment times, and a holistic approach, we work closely with patients and referral sources to deliver the best possible care.


Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our diverse team under the guidance of the Clinical Director. As part of Alleviant’s commitment to integrative health, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) will conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to both adult and child patients. As an Alleviant therapist, you will be encouraged to explore innovative treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatment, and embrace a holistic approach to mental health care.


Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies.
  • Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of referral resources across our Arkansas service areas to support patient needs.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, healthcare team members, referral sources, and community agencies.
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, working effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • Uphold standards of excellence in all assignments and foster a supportive and professional environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a healthcare setting.
  • Licensure: Current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in Arkansas; multi-state licensure is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and basic office equipment. Strong typing and computer application skills are essential.
  • Compliance: In-depth understanding of HIPAA guidelines and documentation standards within the healthcare industry.


Work Environment and Job Context
The primary work location for this position will be at Alleviant Integrated Health Centers in Conway, Arkansas, with flexible options for telehealth work from a home office as needed. As a 1099 Contractor you can choose your own work hours and schedule. Along with patient care, we encourage everyone to participate in the positive and collaborative culture of Alleviant.
