About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Therapist to provide trauma-informed therapy and case management services to children and adolescents in residential and/or acute care settings. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, community partners, and families to create meaningful, individualized paths toward healing and stability.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed approaches

  • Complete comprehensive intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries

  • Partner with hospital liaisons, schools, mental health centers, and community organizations

  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment teams

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards

  • Provide crisis intervention using approved tools and techniques

  • Facilitate treatment review meetings with guardians and stakeholders

  • Serve as a consistent, positive role model for youth and families

  • Participate in on-call rotation to support client needs

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and accrediting standards

Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs and staff qualifications.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution

  • Active state licensure (LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent)

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Experience & Skills

  • At least one year of supervised experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents

  • Training in child and adolescent development, and individual, family, and group counseling

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role involves active engagement in therapeutic environments. Responsibilities may include standing, walking, and physical movement throughout the day, as well as occasional lifting (up to 75 pounds). The work environment may include moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
