What You’ll Do
Provide Meaningful Clinical Support
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify clinical needs, monitor progress, and determine appropriate levels of care.
Deliver therapeutic services to children and families experiencing mental health challenges, helping stabilize symptoms and improve overall well-being.
Develop collaborative treatment plans with clients, families, and natural supports, reviewing progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
Provide crisis intervention and responsive support to help clients navigate challenging situations safely and effectively.
Empower Families and Strengthen Communities
Provide Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services, including advocacy, resource linkage, service coordination, emergency assistance, and support with daily living skills.
Connect families with community resources and partner agencies to help address barriers and support stability.
Build strong working relationships with referral sources, external partners, and internal Lighthouse programs to promote coordinated, effective care.
Engage clients and families in the treatment process, empowering them to participate actively in their own progress.
Maintain Quality, Accountability, and Professional Growth
Initiate services within established agency timeframes.
Complete progress notes, service documentation, and client records in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client files.
Provide backup support and coverage to colleagues and programs as needed.
Participate in required training, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
Professional licensure in the State of Ohio as a social worker or counselor.

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
Independent professional licensure in the State of Ohio as a social worker or counselor.
At least one year of professional social services experience.
Work Environment and Schedule
Flexibility with purpose. Community-based care with team support.
This position combines professional office work with services delivered in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. Hybrid work options are available, with in-office schedules coordinated according to team and business needs. Work arrangements may be adjusted by management as needed.
Schedule: Work hours generally fall within the assigned site's standard operating hours. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet client and family needs.
Travel: Regional travel during the workweek is expected, with occasional out-of-area travel based on client needs. Transporting clients in your personal vehicle is required.
Physical requirements: Regular communication, occasional standing and walking, and other routine physical activities are required. The ability to occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds is necessary.
Supervisory responsibilities: None.
