Clinical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) — 100% Remote Telehealth

(Must reside in Idaho or Wyoming and be licensed/licensable in both)

Our dedicated team of licensed professionals utilizes therapeutic methods, including counseling, case management, medication management, and crisis services, to enhance the lives and well-being of our clientele.


Position Overview

Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Therapist provides evidence-based outpatient treatment services designed to produce desired results. This is a 100% remote telehealth role serving clients primarily located in Wyoming. We are seeking passionate, collaborative professionals for both full-time and part-time tracks.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • 100% Remote Outpatient Practice: Deliver care from your home office via secure virtual platforms.
  • Predictable Structure: Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups) with a consistent outpatient caseload and transparent clinical goals.
  • Full Operational Support: We handle the logistics so you can focus on care. Our team provides comprehensive support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and multi-state licensing.
  • Crisis Support: Participate in on-call services per the organization's rotation, adhering to defined procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based treatment through Feedback Informed Therapy across various modalities, including individual, couple, child/adolescent, and manualized group treatment.
  • Maintain quality, thorough, and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care within the EHR.
  • Participate actively in clinical supervision and training to develop deep competence across eight professional practice dimensions.
  • Maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Director, administrative staff, co-workers, and community stakeholders.


Candidate Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Master’s Degree in a Human Services-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
  • Licensure: Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in both the State of Wyoming and the State of Idaho.
  • Tech Savvy: High comfort level with technology, virtual care platforms (Zoom), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Office 365.
  • Core Competencies: Strong clinical understanding of evaluations, treatment planning, service coordination, documentation standards, and professional ethics.
  • Skills: High degree of organizational skill, sharp attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
  • Requirements: Successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check.


Compensation and Benefits


Full-Time Position (Benefits-Eligible)

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (with a minimum of 25 client service hours).
  • Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on licensing and experience.
  • Retirement: Outstanding 9.62% employer contribution (vesting required).
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, long-term disability, life insurance, and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.


Part-Time Position (Non-Benefited)

  • Hours: Minimum of 10 billable client service hours of weekly availability.
  • Compensation: $40 to $50 per billable service hour, depending on licensing and experience.
