Job Details: Job Location: TBR Grove City - Grove City, OH, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $41683.00 - $52000.00Salary, Travel Percentage: 20 - 30%, The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a System of Care Coordinator to join our brand new Child Wellness Center. The System of Care Coordinator engages and works with children, youth, and families with significant behavioral health needs, providing care coordination activities. Integrated and coordinated care provided must be aligned with The Buckeye Ranch values, including family-centered, strengths based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. Team members must have a thorough understanding of local communities, be skilled at developing working relationships with community agencies, and be able to identify potential community support to assist families/caregivers working collaboratively with Child and Family Teams. The System of Care Coordinator ensures children, youth and families have a voice and choice in coordinated care and services provided.

Qualifications: Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in social work, or related field.
You preferably have an LSW or LPC.
You have previous mental health experience.
You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
