Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities.  Other duties may be assigned)






Provide direct administrative, clinical supervision for master’s level clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists and community health workers.
Observe treatment including individual and group and give constructive feedback to improve their ability to provide treatment as well as assure accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
Write comprehensive reports each month to include file review, face time with each clinician, and the treatment observed.
Knowledge of regulations, board requirements, laws governing mental health including Peer services, skills training, current OAR's, addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and other related areas.




Review and sign staff clinical assessments and service plans.
Provide timely and accurate reports on program and staff performance measures.
Maintain a small case load as appropriate.
Provide at least 1-hour per month group supervision and 1-hour per month individual supervision with staff.
Ability to develop and lead an effective team of QMHAs and/or Peers. 
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.



Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeway’s policies/procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.





QualificationsQualifications

     Required:


Completed 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health, mental health, and/or alcohol & drug counseling setting.               
Hold an Oregon QMHP certification and able to obtain a clinical license within 2 years of hire.
Must become DLA certified within 1 year of hire.
Valid driver’s license.
Tuberculosis screening.
Successful completion of background check.


    Preferred:


2-5 years supervisory experience in behavioral health
Current Oregon clinical license (LCSW, Oregon LCP, LMFT)
