Salary Range

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

$75,630.56 - $87,572.23/annually

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position provides supervision to the Therapeutic Assistance Program for assigned school districts. This school-linked mental health, grant funded position is responsible for program management/development, clinical supervision, oversight to DHS School Linked Grant, and community relationship building. It is a position that requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with local schools, County Social Services and other mental health providers within the community.

This position is Full-time 1.0 FTE. Mostly during school hours, some evenings required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human services related field
  • MN state license and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities (e.g., LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Supervision competency is listed or eligible to be listed with professional board
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing supervision
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in working with severe emotional disorders in children and adults, family systems theory, individual and family development and community systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
