Establish alliances with organizations which have similar or allied goals, such as, school board, local law enforcement, healthcare providers, community centers and service providers. Will serve as a customer service role model to ensure a positive relationship in interactions with all participants, applying schools and community. Provides supervision to a team of prevention specialists who will provide trainings and workshops to community and youth. Implements evidence-based prevention services and curricula with fidelity. Will travel throughout Burlington County to coordinate service delivery with schools. Provides coaching, mentoring, and oversight to ensure evidence based curriculums are delivered with fidelity and in accordance with program standards. Supports staff in developing effective presentation and facilitation skills for audiences of varying sizes including classroom settings, large school assemblies, and community events. Works effectively with diverse populations by promoting culturally responsive and trauma-informed prevention services.
The NJ4S serves all schools within Burlington County and links parents and students to community services based on needs.

Education/Experience:
Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, public administration, social work, etc.) required. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience. At least five (5) years’ experience working in a social service environment implementing evidenced based practice models; three (3) years of which shall be in a supervisory capacity. Experience working with and empowering at-risk youth and marginalized communities by conducting prevention education (e.g., substance abuse, pregnancy prevention, mental health, and wellbeing session, etc.) activities. Experience in community organizing, developing community partnerships, implementing evidence-based programs and project management.
