Some problems don’t need another program. They need a different approach.
At ChangeLine, we believe the biggest challenges facing communities won’t be solved by one person, one organization, or one program. They are solved when people come together to rethink, redesign, and rebuild what’s possible.
ChangeLine is a nonprofit civic hub in the Pikes Peak region that connects people, unlocks ideas, and turns collective power into action.
We're looking for a Suicide Prevention Transformation Manager to join our team onsite in Colorado Springs. This role is for someone who enjoys asking better questions, exploring new possibilities, and helping communities tackle complex challenges in ways that create lasting change.
Some days you’ll be facilitating a conversation with community partners, government leaders, public health organizations, or other community stakeholders. Other days you might be building a strategy, working on funding opportunities, or helping a group move through a complicated conversation. You will help people see what’s possible, figure out what needs to change, and bring the right people together to make it happen.
If you’re energized by bringing people together, navigating complexity, and helping turn big ideas into meaningful action, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
You Might Be a Good Fit if…
You’re someone who:
ChangeLine provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
