Stcf Manager - Clinical Care Coord - FULL TIME DAYS 8AM-430PM - Mental Health - Woodbury

MAJOR FUNCTION: 

Manages and provides clinical and operational oversight of the Short Term Care Facility (STCF) ensuring the STCF is compliant with state regulations. Oversees the provision of social work, therapy, and case management services to psychiatric patients, family members and significant others. Coordinates with the nurse manager to provide oversight of the clinical operations of the behavioral health units.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education & Experience: 

• Masters in Social Work or other masters level relevant degree.                
• 5 or more years of experience with adult inpatient psychiatry, case management, and social work or clinical skills with patients; management experience preferred.                      

Certification/Licensure:     

• License and clinical certification in social work or its equivalent. 
• Supervisor certification required within 6 months of hire
• Welle Certification within 100 days of hire
