The Administrative Office of the Courts is the operational arm of the Judicial Branch. The court system
employs nearly 3,300 personnel who support 406 elected justices, judges, and circuit court clerks.

The Office of Statewide Programs, Department of Family and Juvenile Services has an opening for a Statewide CFCRB Coordinator. This position is located in Franklin County.
The Statewide CFCRB Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to CFCRB program coordinators and Statewide CFCRB Administrator. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting staff, monitoring performance data, and assisting with case management and work distribution in addition to supporting CFCRB volunteers. While not a supervisory position, the coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to timelines.
This is a federally funded time-limited (FFTL) position. This means it is a position that is paid entirely as the result of a federal grant. The duration of employment shall not exceed the life of the federal grant that funds the position. An employee appointed to an FFTL position is required to meet the minimum requirements for the classification. Further, an employee appointed to an FFTL position is designated as an unclassified (non-merit) employee. An FFTL employee is eligible to receive benefits at the same level as a classified (merit) employee in a permanent position.

- Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with front-line staff to address schedule conflicts and last-minute changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for front-line staff when Statewide CFCRB Administrator is unavailable.
- Provide guidance, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely communication between staff and leadership.
- Generate, track, and analyze operational reports related to performance metrics, case and board management and timelines.
- Identify any gaps or delays and communicate findings with the Statewide CFCRB Administrator.
- Assist in assigning and redistributing cases based on staff capacity, priority, and deadlines.
- Monitor caseload balance to support efficient distribution of work.
- Monitor case processing timelines to ensure compliance with internal stands and statutory requirements.
- Act as support to the Statewide CFCRB Administrator and facilitate communication, clarify processes, and support day-to-day operational needs.
- Provide support to volunteers including onboarding, training, and recruitment.
- Provide input on workflow improvements, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or
related fields.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS:
Four years of professional experience in family services, case management, child welfare, court
operations, or closely related work, including experience in a lead or advanced-level capacity, with strong
knowledge of Family Services processes.
