About the Role:
Love Help Care Family Support LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Program Director to lead our St. Louis program operations out of Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality family support services
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and outcomes
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor program staff and volunteers
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources
- Monitor program budgets, reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collect and analyze program data to drive continuous improvement and report on impact
- Serve as a key liaison between program staff and organizational leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- (3+ years of experience in program management, social services, or family support services
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a nonprofit or community-based setting
- Strong knowledge of family support systems, case management, and community resources
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with program budgeting, grant compliance, and outcome reporting
- Compassionate, mission-driven, and committed to serving diverse populations
