Shift: FT | 0800-1600 | M-F – Some weekends and holidays required

Join a compassionate, multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of their healing journey. We’re seeking a skilled Social Worker who is passionate about providing high‑quality psychiatric care, leading therapeutic programming, and guiding patients and families through treatment and discharge planning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide mental health services within your independent practice scope, including crisis stabilization and therapeutic interventions
  • Lead or co‑lead group psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups
  • Develop individualized discharge plans and coordinate referrals to community resources
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals
  • Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and patient/family education
  • Document patient care accurately and professionally
  • Participate in weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on‑call as needed

 

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field
  • Licensure preferred (LMSW, LCSW, LPC‑I, LPC, LMFT); eligibility to obtain licensure within 6 months accepted
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and high‑quality patient care
