Job Title: Social Worker

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support to individuals with developmental disabilities/autism, and seniors in assisted living facilities.
• Conduct crisis intervention and crisis management when necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and treatment plans.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding available support services.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive behavior change and goal attainment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid licensure or certification as a Social Worker, (CSW).
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient demeanor.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
