ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Schedule/Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
This position is responsible for:
Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of Project CATCH (Community Action Targeting Children who are Homeless) program; develops, implements, and evaluations program operations and services; supervises all program staff, ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, and supervises the work of assigned staff; trains employees in the proper methods and procedures, monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Develops, implements, and evaluates program services based on changing needs of clientele; develops programs to assist in the stabilization of individuals and families; conducts assessments to identify program’s strengths and weaknesses.
Coordinates and communicates standard operating procedures for the program to ensure uniformity across the entire program.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with community agencies in order to maintain awareness of resources and make appropriate referrals.
Facilitates monthly meetings with members and partner agencies.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to meet attendance requirements, which includes working weeknight evenings.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to perform public speaking.
Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.
Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
Work is usually performed in a normal office environment where there are little to no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like, but may be performed in a day shelter environment.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field, and three years progressively responsible experience administering and developing social service programs, with one year supervisory experience,
Or
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Certifications:
Valid State Driver’s License
