About the Role:

The Site Director in the Clinical Research industry is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of a healthcare facility or service site. This role ensures that all programs and services meet regulatory standards, quality benchmarks, and organizational goals to provide exceptional patient care and support. The Site Director leads multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes staff development, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. They serve as the primary liaison between the site, corporate leadership, regulatory bodies, and the community, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with broader organizational objectives. Ultimately, the Site Director drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, financial performance, and compliance within the healthcare setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or social assistance setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and complex operational processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology integration.
  • Certification in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., FACHE, CNML).
  • Demonstrated success in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care models.
  • Familiarity with community outreach and partnership development in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all site operations, including clinical, administrative, and support services to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that comply with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate site staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high morale and productivity.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community partners, and regulatory agencies to enhance service quality and community engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and quality indicators, initiating corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies as needed.
  • Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and confidentiality are maintained at all times in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on site performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
