Job DetailsJob Location: MLK CSA - Washington, DC 20020Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $74,000.00 SalaryThe School-Based Therapist supports the mental health and well-being of students by providing assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and case management services. This role includes evaluating client needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation, and collaborating with Clinical Managers and multidisciplinary team members. This role is essential to ensuring students receive appropriate, timely, and coordinated mental health services that support their ongoing treatment and well-being.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collecting information about consumers through interviews, tests, and evaluation of day-to-day functioning within work, family and other routines.
Identifying areas needing continued support, resources and treatment in order to assist consumers.
Preparing and completing diagnostic and bio-psychological assessments, clinical notes, referrals, treatment plans of clients as appropriate.
Maintaining confidentiality of records relating to consumers' treatment.
Provides therapy; maintains assigned caseload.
Provide 25 or more billable hours per week.
Works with Clinical Managers and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients.
Creates appropriate case management notes and input into systems as needed.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Must be licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW, LGSW, or LMFT
1-3 years Mental Health experience
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent time management organizational skills
