We are seeking a licensed or licensed eligible SCHOOL BASED Mental Health Clinician to join our team! In this role, you will work with youth, onsite, providing behavioral healthcare services, assisting scholars and their caregivers with addressing various concerns related to depression, anxiety, stress, environmental conditions, behavioral regulation, emotional management and relationships.

Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for youth and their families
- Collaborate with faculty and staff on behalf of the youth served
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatment
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Perform regular reviews of treatment
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field (REQUIRED)
- Current and unrestricted clinical behavioral healthcare therapy license (plus)
- Previous experience/training as a mental health therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
