Responsibilities

What You Will Do

 

  • Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
  • Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
  • Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety
  • Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority

Qualifications

What You Bring

 

  • Associate’s degree in human service field required.  Bachelor’s degree in human service field preferred.  
  • ​Two or more years’ experience as a Behavioral Health Associate required. 
  • ​Two or more years’ experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred. 
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). 
  • ​First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
