- The Residential Supervisor I at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating activities, and implementing programs that promote the well-being and development of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of residential staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility and its residents by enforcing rules and regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee daily activities and programs designed to support residents' personal growth and development.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among residents or staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, staff performance, and facility operations.
- Communicate regularly with family members, guardians, and external agencies to provide updates on resident progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
QualificationsRequired Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a residential setting or with behavioral health populations.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing team dynamics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in a residential care setting.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
