Residential Supervisor

$24.00–$25.50 per hour | Lancaster, MA

We’re looking for a Residential Supervisor who brings energy, creativity, and compassion to our youth services team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and enjoy being part of a mission-driven organization, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

The Residential Supervisor has direct care responsibilities during their assigned shift and is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the assigned weekend day master schedule.

  • Providing supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

  • Supervising assigned direct care staff.

  • Providing direct care and support to youth during the assigned shift.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and emotionally charged treatment environment.

  • Ability to work effectively with a range of staff while demonstrating leadership and maturity.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related Human Services field.

  • Minimum of one year of residential experience.

 
Shift: Full-time, 40 hours, Wednesday 12PM - 10PM, Thursday 2PM - 10PM, Friday 2PM - 10PM, Saturday 8AM - 10PM
