RECOVERY SUPPORT NAVIGATOR

Pay: $25.00-$27.00/hour

About the Role:
Come join our dynamic Community Services Department as a full-time Recovery Support Navigator! This role offers the ability to have a flexible schedule, a supportive work environment, ongoing training, clinical supervision and competitive compensation.
Our Recovery Support Navigators (RSN) work with adults in the community, living with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders. RSN provides skills training and connections to community resources to support independent living in their communities, decrease the risk of hospitalization or relapse of substance use, and improve overall quality of life.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Meet client weekly to provide case management, increase knowledge and access to resources.
- Engage and support client through their recovery journey
- Coordinate care with providers and natural supports
- Provide 1:1 coaching, skills training, education and support
- Complete documentation of all meetings and contacts
- Attend weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field with one (1) year of experience in the field required
- A valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Daily access to a working, registered and insured vehicle
- Experience providing support and services to individuals with substance use disorders
- Excellent in both written and verbal communications
- Ability to independently plan and organize one’s own schedule and client services
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
- Strong time management skills and organization skills
- Bilingual applicants encouraged
- Candidates must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
- Candidates must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
