Job Summary The Coordinator of the Ready to Work (RTW) program will be responsible for providing services to support the education and training for Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP) recipients who are engaged in an educational activity with KCTCS or Adult Education which will lead to employment and self-sufficiency. Services include recruitment, intake, assessment, educational advising, advocacy, mentoring, employment skills training, and work-study placements. The coordinator will work with KCTCS pre-college, current, and post-KCTCS RTW participants. |
