Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional to participate in the implementation of the individual’s service plan, specifically designed to increase an individual’s skills in independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and community integration, which may include an array of services and interventions designed to provide treatment, habitation training and other community integration services.The Qualified Mental Health Professional will deliver culturally competent mental health services, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for residence maintenance, including supervision, monitoring, and training of housekeeping tasks
• Plans and evaluates participant group activities
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision and case consultations
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers
• Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Active Drivers License required
• Community mental health experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $49,000 annually
