Qualified Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team at Empowerment. This is a community-based role focused on providing high-quality support and intervention to individuals within the Dallas area. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, community-based services to clients in their natural environments (home, school, or other community settings).
• Collaborate with families, support systems, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Education: * Required: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in mental health or community outreach is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently in the field.
