Location: Millbrook, NY

Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm

Salary: $62,500 to $70,000 (depending on license)

 

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

 

Facilitate different counseling groups including curriculum development while maintaining an individual caseload. Responsibilities also include collaboration with clinical team and completion of important documentation in compliance with OMH and CARF standards.  Professional boundaries and appearance is maintained at all times.

 

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Facilitate Psycho-educational, intensive rehabilitation, counselling, and co-occurring disorder groups; including curriculum development and
  • identifying unaddressed needs in the community. 
  • Maintain an individual caseload including completion of intakes, provided individual counseling session,
  • complete all related assessments, and provision of diagnosis in collaboration with clinical team,
  • collaboration with natural and formal supports,
  • identify and facilitate appropriate evidence based treatments in partnership with consumer,
  • monitor treatment outcomes in partnership with consumers,
  • complete necessary documentation to maintain client charts to OMH and CARF standards. 
  • Consult and collaborate with clinical team and provide additional program support to team as needed.
  • Aid in referrals to additional services as needed. 
  • Provide services on-site or off-site to clients as needed. 
  • Promote health & wellness and recovery oriented initiatives in response to community needs. Professional boundaries and appearance is maintained at all times.

 

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:

  • Assignments may be determined at a future date

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience working with adults in Behavioral Health field preferred
  • Maintains proper credentials for licensure

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s Degree with license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
