Program Supervisor - Oaks Integrated Counseling

As a Program Supervisor, you will work within our Oaks Integrated Counseling program located in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations
• Work with the Program Director to explore and coordinate opportunities related to growth and development
• Budgetary responsibility
• Assist the Director with oversight of clinical charts
• Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team
• Provides clinical supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff/interns
• Coordination and expansion of program services (i.e. – EAP, IIH, managed care, etc.)
• Ensures staff compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
• Involvement in all agency and program specific CQI initiatives
• Promote collaboration across systems and programs
• Closely monitor billing with AR for each program element within purview
• Provide individual and group counseling
• Manage a caseload

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MA, MSW, MS) in a mental health related field;

• Five (5) years’ experience working within the mental health system;

• Two (2) years supervisory experience;

• Experience working with mentally ill in imminent distress;

• LCSW/LPC require.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
