Residential SUD Program Manager for the South-Eastern Family Project

Annual Salary $73,000 + $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The South-Eastern Family Project (SEFP) is licensed both as a 3.5 & 3.1 comprehensive residential treatment program for non-pregnant, pregnant, and recently postpartum women diagnosed with a substance use disorder. Gender specific substance use treatment services are provided in a healthy, stable, and secure residential environment. The program is designed to serve residents based on individual needs in a person-centered treatment environment, which encourages stabilization. A holistic approach to prevention, intervention, support, and treatment is provided to foster the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the women and their families.

Core Responsibilities

Lead a dedicated team providing residential substance use treatment and recovery services for pregnant and postpartum women. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily program operations, supervise and mentor staff, ensure compliance with licensure, Medicaid, and quality standards, and foster a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment. You will coordinate comprehensive care with medical, obstetrical, behavioral health, and community providers; oversee medication management and documentation; monitor program outcomes and budgets; support admissions and discharge planning; and ensure the facility remains compliant with all regulatory requirements. This position also plays a key role in staff development, program improvement, and maintaining high-quality services that promote positive outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • Credentialed Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and registered as a QMHP
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in a residential treatment environment is a plus
